CIRCLES In the Triskelion is New York, Nick Fury watches a view of Queensboro Bridge from Quatermain's chopper and when Mary Jane Watson is thrown off it and Peter Parker dives after her, he orders Quartermain to open fire on Osborn. Below, Mary Jane awakes in Peter's arms, and Peter has her get in a taxi and go to an abandoned warehouse and stay safe as he goes to fight Osborn. Peter angrily attacks him and starts beating him repeatedly before Osborn grabs his throat and throws him off the bridge. Quatermain opens fire again as Peter clings to the side of the Bridge. Osborn flees to his penthouse and Peter and S.H.I.E.L.D. pursue him. In his home he tries to re-inject himself with OZ, but Harry Osborn sees him. Knocking him out, he injects himself with all the OZ there is and mutates farther into a massive beast. Peter attacks Osborn and is thrown into his aquarium and is grabbed by the neck. Harry barely wakes up to see Osborn strangling Peter, his face visible with his mask ripped, and S.H.I.E.L.D. helicopters outside.
